Half Birthday

Peyton turned 6 months old yesterday! He is such a big boy!!! He is getting very tall. When he sits in his car seat his feet hang off the end. I think its about time for a new car seat :( We had an eventful day. Peyton went shopping with mommy and we did are usual daily routine. We tried taking his month old pictures before nap, but he was not so happy. There were a few smiles and lots of drool. Thanks for the lion Grandma! Peyton loves to play with it and try a pull off the fuzzies!! :)So when he woke up and was happier we tried again. This time we used black bear. He loves to hold and play with black bear too. I just love these pictures. They are just so darling.

Since Peyton is getting older he needed a new toy to play with. We wanted to get him something that would help him learn and develop. Sam got home late from the hospital so we had to wait till morning to see what it was.

I put it in a bag so that he could play with it and try and open it...or dump it out... All he was interested in was the big yellow piece of tissue. Peyton loved to wave it all over and listen to it make noises as he crumbled it up.

Sam helped him get it out and went straight for the mouth....yummy taste good. Thanks mommy and daddy!!!

Then he dumped it all on the ground...oh well...it was a fun day!
