Sunday was a wonderful day! It is such a blessing to have a day set aside that we can honor our Fathers and Grandpas.

Peyton, (well I) made breakfast in bed for Daddy. Peyton thought it was such a treat to try and eat off daddy's plate in bed. I even had to wash the sheets after because Peyton smeared food on them, but it was worth it!

After inspecting and pulling out what was in the bag, Peyton brought, or dragged the bag to daddy.

Peyton loves to read books, so we made a book for daddy. It is "20 things I love about my Daddy"! They had fun reading it together!

I love this picture because they are both "reading". Peyton is a very talented reader, he is only 1 and can already read upside down!!!! :)
Sam is a wonderful dad to Peyton! He takes good care of him, loves to teach him, and always finds time to play with him! Thank you Sam for being a Super Daddy!

Sam and I are so grateful to be blessed with wonderful fathers. They have taught us many things and give us so much support. They are great men to look up to as role models. Thank you so much! We love you!

I think it is important to also remember and honor out Grandpas! They are the best because its always fun, and they never have to punish you! :)

I have so many fond memories of playing and swimming at my Grandpa's houses. Unfortunately, Sam's Grandpas are no longer with us, but we know they were wonderful men. They raised wonderful children who became wonderful parents. Thank you for the great heritage that you have left for us. Thank you Grandpas for always loving us.
And of course we can't forget the most important father of all...our Heavenly Father. We our so grateful to have a Father who loves us so much. He prepared a way for us to come to earth to learn and grow and become better people, but also prepared a way for us to return to Him. I am so grateful that my Father in Heaven sent his son Jesus Christ to be our Savior so we could live again someday. Let us never forget how truly blessed we are to have such a wonderful Father and a great example of unconditional love.
Happy Fathers Day!
