Isn't it crazy how quick time flies! It seems like just yesterday Peyton was born. Well he is now 7 months old!!! We went to the doctor a week and a half ago for his check up. He weighs 15lbs. 5 oz. and is 17 1/2 in. long. Sadly Peyton has lost 7 oz. :( Poor little guy! We went to some appointments and it looks like we found the source of the problem, mom just wasn't making enough milk! I'm now on some medicine that will help with that. It has only been a week and a half, but it seems like he has gained a little weight. We are going to get a weight check this week so we will see!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!!! We had a wonderful day! We spent it at home relaxing and enjoyed having Peyton here with us. Peyton even had his first turkey dinner. He ate sweet potatoes and turkey! Yummy....or so you would think! Petyon loves his sweet potatoes (as you can see by the mess he made), but turkey was a different story. He took one bite and that was enough for him to decide that he never wants it again!!! I tried to post the video of him eating it, but it wouldn't load. Sorry, you'll just have to imagine how funny it was! Sam gave him a bite. His eyes and eyebrows squinted together at the same time his mouth puckered up. He swished his tounge around in his mouth and started ganging! We felt bad for the guy, but it was just so darn funny! Sam tried for another bite, but Peyton clenched his teeth together and wasn't going to allow it. Once Peyton even pushed Sam's hand out of the way. Well, will try real turkey next year.
Peyton is growing and developing great. He still hasn't figured out how to crawl, but is tyring hard to get what he wants. He will scoot, climb, lunge, and pull him self to standing if it helps him get what he wants.
Friday after Thanksgiving Peyton was such a trooper! He got up with mom and dad and hit the 5 am sales! We came home and crashed for a few hours and then spent the rest of friday and saturday puting up the christmas lights and tree. This was saturday morning. He was just content lying and playing with this christmas pillow. He loves all the new fun things to look at and play with.
Peyton helped us decorate his first christmas tree. Every year Sam and I have bought eachother an ornament. This year we bought one for Peyton too. It is so cute!!! It is a bottle that has a christmas tree and presents inside of it and says baby's first christmas! It was fun to watch him stare at the lights and try and get to the tree. We have set him in front of the tree and he lungs forward for it. Will see if he is crawling by Christmas morning!

Oh wow he sure looks skinny. I love that little guy so much. The last picture is so cute. He just looks way too adorable. Tell Peyton he has a little playmate coming in 4 months!
Hang on Peyton, Grandma is coming to town! I am trying my hardest to get rid of my cold so you can have lots if kisses!
Oh man, what a cutie! I keep forgetting he and Kristie are just a month apart! It's so weird 'cause when I look at pictures of Peyton, I think he looks so much older than Kristie...but she's not that far behind him! Crazy, crazy. Glad you guys had a good Thanksgiving!!
